RECULVER ON SCILLY

luxury self catering house ideally located opposite Holgate's Green with stunning sea and harbour views. It's perfectly situated right in the heart of Hugh town with luxury accommodation for up to 8 people.

WELCOME

LIVING

The front living room enjoys views over Holgate's Green, Town Beach and the Harbour. There is a comfortable armchair and a sofa as well as an array of board games, books and puzzles. A quiet space to relax after a day out exploring or on a rainy day.

SNUG

The snug is part of the open plan living, dining and kitchen area that occupies the rear of the property. This living space has a large inglenook fireplace and seating for the whole family around a large screen TV.

SLEEPING

The house has 4 bedrooms each of which has an en-suite. On the first floor there are three bedrooms:

The Master bedroom suite with views across the harbour from the large bay window has a super king bed. The en-suite has a bath and separate shower.
Bedroom 2 at the front of the house with harbour view, this can be configured as a twin or super king room and has an en-suite shower room.
Bedroom 3 towards the rear of the house is setup with twin beds and en-suite shower room.
Bedroom 4 is on the ground floor with harbour view, king bed and en-suite shower room.

All rooms have hair dryers.

BATHING

Each bedroom has an en-suite with the master having both bath and shower with double sinks. The remaining bedrooms have single basins and showers. There is also a powder room downstairs.

BAR

A separate wet bar with fridge and freezer, sink and long countertop to prepare those special drinks. We have included cocktail shakers, champagne bucket, wine coolers and an array of glasses for your concoctions. We have also provided plastic glasses and ice troughs for outside.

COOKING

The open plan dining kitchen area contains all the elements needed for preparing and enjoying meals together. The kitchen has all the appliances you would expect in a fully stocked kitchen: induction hob, electric oven, microwave combination oven and large fridge. We have tried to equip the kitchen with all the equipment and utensils we would expect to find in our home kitchen.

UTILITY/BOOT ROOM

Reculver has a utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer. There is also ample hanging space for coats and an area to leave boots and shoes.

TECH

We have installed a mesh WiFi to give you the best we possibly can from our BT Fibre2 internet connection. The TV in the snug has smart apps that you can utilise with your own logons for the most common streaming services.

The whole house has electric underfloor heating with individual room thermostats and each bathroom has a heated towel rail. The master en-suite and downstairs en-suite have heated tiled floors.
